The Plain Truth - "Money" is in the List!

I am sure that you have this before. If you are involved with Internet Marketing, you have probably heard it over and over again. You can be rest assured that it is true.
Absolutely! 

Actually, am involved with Affiliate Marketing, and the great thing is that you do not need to a product to begin making money. There are thousands of viable products available the you can make a good income from it.
Whatever your interest or niche is, there are plenty of products waiting for you to make money  with. There is plenty of room for you to create, and promote your own Product. Of course the Product has to be a good one.

As for Affiliate Programs, they are very simple to get started with. You just need to sign up for their Affiliate Program, then promote it, and watch the money rolling in.  

This all great, but then, what if.....?

Most likely you would find another product, and start all over again.

Let us think positively. 
What if you find or create this new product, you already have hundreds or

thousands of people to instantly about it? You can shoot them a quick e-mail, and
have immediate money in your pocket. Then you can start advertising this Product and create even more people for your next great idea. As you can imagine, this process can take on a snowball effect. Before you know, your primary income will be from your Online Business. 

Now you can work from Home!

How do you go about starting a List?
                             One of the best ways is to create a Squeeze Page. This is a simple one page Website that is designed to capture your Visitor's name and e-mail address.                                    
You can do this by offering a Free Report, a Free Subscription for your Newsletter or a Free e-book, or all of it.

Once you have their information, they are added to your Autoresponder, and they are a part of your List. At this time you would redirect them to your Affiliate Product or to your own Website with a Link.
You have now created a potential Customer for your current and your future Products.
When you start to e-mail them regularly make sure that you are offering them something of value. For instance, you could include: Free Reports, Free Software, and other creative ideas that you come across.

You can suggest your product and offer a Link to your Product or Affiliate Page. Build up your Product with a strong Sales Message and watch the sales pouring in. 
One piece of advice, do not oversell to your List. This a very valuable resource, and should not be jeopardize.

You need to give good solid information, and only promote worthwhile Products. Treat your List as a group of friends that you want to help with information that you are providing.
Not as another dollar in your pocket. Just follow the golden rule, and treat your List as you would want to treated, and you will be on your way to success.

How do you build a List Building System that funnels Subscribers passively into
your Database day in and day out? Well, this is one question is one of the major questions I get from my Subscribers who are interested in building a responsive E-mail List. 
The majority of my Subscribers say that they built a marketable E-mail List buy using various tactics like: 
Swaps, 
Article, 
and Solo Ads. 
But their major problem come in the area of sustaining their E-mail List growth.
A lot of my Subscribers shared with me that they are actually losing more Subscribers than they are actually gaining. So, how do we avoid this?

Well, that is the focus of this Article.
Now, let me start off by saying that you will be deceiving yourself if you just think that you can overcome this problem of constantly losing Subscribers without any work. Sitting on your back and doing nothing is the hogwash approach to Online Marketing! It really frustrates me to even think that there are actual individual who believe that success can come with no work at all!!

So before I move forward, make sure you get the lazy approach to Online Marketing out of your system as soon as possible. If you do not extract laziness from your life and your business, you won't see any improvement in your life and your Online Business.
Now that we have got that out of the way, let me begin describing a legitimate way to passively funnel fresh responsive Subscribers in to your Database. 
I will list five steps that you can follow below:

# 1. GENERATE A CONTENT SITE FOR YOUR NICHE
The goal in this step is to generate a Website full of useful Content that is related to the Niche you are trying to build an E-mail List for. A good Content
Site, when organized well, can actually send repeat visitors to your Website. 

# 2. PLACE A TELL A FRIEND FORM 
At the bottom of the pages on your Content Site a 'Tell a Friend' is a form that allows a visitor to recommend their friends to your Website if they find the information on your Website useful.
A good Content Site with very valuable information will be virally recommended to a Visitor's friend and family, if they find the Content enjoyable and of high quality information.
Therefore, make every effort to select or add the best quality Content you can.

# 3. ADD A POPUP NOTE TO EVERY PAGE OF YOUR CONTENT SITE
Adding a Popup Note to your Website is an easy way to instantly grab the eyeballs of your Visitors, and force them to sign up to your Newsletter or eZine. 
The type of Popup Notes I am referring to have been known to increase the responsiveness, of Website Visitors to a certain offer just by describing the offer in the note. 
Now, do you get the idea?

REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD (NOT) BUY LEADS?

Building Opt-In List is an essential part of Internet Marketing. 
Every successful Online Marketer has a personal List of Subscribers, and is using it to profit Online. 
Building personal List may sound easy. You just purchase an Autoresponder Service, create a few messages, place Subscription Form on your Site, And then drive Visitors to your Subscription Form.

Although these steps are very true and simple,   unfortunately Building List 
is not that easy. Someone inexperienced in Web promotion will have difficulties in driving Traffic necessary for building, an Opt-in List. Traffic can sometimes be a problem even for a more experienced people.

Getting enough Traffic for List building is not the only problem. Many people
overlook the importance of keeping constant contact with all Members of your List. People tend to be forgetful, and if you don't contact them often, they can easily forget that they even subscribed to your List!


Therefore, to solve problem with Traffic many people decide to simply buy 
Leads. Buying Leads can save a lot of time necessary for List building. They can also avoid the second problem by creating enough pre-written 
messages to keep up with their Leads for a longer time or else they can use Broadcast Option often. The idea of buying Leads is great, and many 
Marketers are using this method, but there is a catch.


Many people don't like the idea of their E-mail, or other contact info being sold. And once when they subscribed, there probably was a Privacy Statement saying that
their Contact information is safe, and will never be rented, sold, or used for any purpose whatsoever. 
It is possible though that they were lied to, or tricked. Subscription Forms without Privacy Statement have a lot lower conversion rates, and very often these Subscribers are not very responsive.


Other very important reason why Leads shouldn't be bought is because you can never be really sure if you are purchasing a safe List. People willing to profit quickly can easily sell blacklists. They use Spam Robots to collect as many E-mails as they can Online, but instead of sending Spam, they decide to earn some money by selling those E-mails. 
This is even worse because Marketer who purchased this List will be accused of spam! Although this probably won't happen since Leads are not just E-mail addresses but also names and other contact info, it is possible!

A successful Internet Marketer knows a true value of responsive Leads, and will not sell them. He has worked hard in building his List, and creating a certain relationship
with all Members of that List. It isn't likely that he will risk his reputation and trust by selling a responsive List. It is more likely that you will get a non responsive List of Leads.


On the other hand it is possible that these Leads are fully aware of selling, and that they agree with it. In that case buying leads is okay, but you never really know.
If you are interested in buying Leads, always use your due diligence whenever you come across some Lead selling offer. 
Make sure you are buying Opt-in Leads (double opt-ins are even better), and that all of them are aware of a new List Owner. 
If you are not sure of the latter, approach your new Leads carefully, and even consider asking them to confirm their subscription again. 
You can lose some Leads this way, but its much better than to risk Spam accusations.

CREATING BULK E-MAIL LIST AND ALONG WITH IT A STRONG RELATIONSHIP

By means of the Internet we have the possibility to connect millions of people from around the world. And this number is growing as far as people discover the


convenience and necessity of the Internet in the world today.   Nowadays, the success in the business largely depends on information Technology.

Companies and organizations have found the Internet an opportune place to promote their products and services. They use the strategy known as: 
Bulk E-mail Marketing,
 or Bulk E-mail Sending,
 or Sending Advertisements and promotional letters to E-mail Users.

An essential element of successful Bulk E-mail Marketing strategies is a clean List of targeted E-mail addresses. 
This assumes that the List contains only valid E-mail addresses of people, who are really interested in receiving the E-mails from the company or organization. 

Otherwise, your Unsolicited Advertising will be classified as SPAM MAIL. Although


sending out Magazines and Newsletters through Bulk E-mailing is free, companies cannot risk the equity of their brands by offending people. 


A clean E-mail List will help you assess the success of your E-mail Campaigns; and more importantly it will reduce the risk of breaking the Anti-Spamming Laws.
So, how to build a clean targeted E-mail List? 


There are a few “DON’Ts” here:

Do not generate E-mail addresses using special tools you may find on the Internet;
Do not harvest the Email addresses from Web Sites;
 Try not to purchase a Ready Made List. Such Lists usually come from E-mail Service Providers and Agencies that conduct surveys.
Ready made lists that you will probably purchase are never validated, and are full of dead and non deliverable E-mail addresses. 
Plus, those Lists are sold and re-sold many times, and the E-mail address Owners are already fed up with E-mails from other E-mail Marketers. So, it is greatly doubtful that they will open and read your message since they receive hundreds E-mails every day. 
The email addresses that you harvested from Web Sites belong to people who did not hear about you, and will hardly want to receive your emails. 
In return you will receive a lot of complaints from people for sending them Unsolicited E-mails, and ban of your E-mail account.

Now, there is a different way to build a clean Targeted E-mail List:
Subscription Form on your Web Site. Before you start with bulk E-mail Marketing, get your Web Site up and running. 
Or, probably you already have a Site where you advertise your Products and Services. 
Setup a Subscription Form somewhere on your Web Page, and get others to sign


up for your Mailing Lists with their consent. 
Spread the word about your Mailing List through word of mouth. The beauty in this is that the List of E-mails will be self-screened, and the database will only contain the people who are interested in your offers. 


Make sure you have their consent beforehand. Its not as quick and easy as generating or harvesting E-mail addresses, but its more reliable way. 
You won't send unsolicited E-mails as you have a proof that the recipient has subscribed himself/herself to your Mailing List.


BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR LIST BUILDING

When you have an e-mail list of subscribers who have specifically agreed that you send e-mails to them, you have an ASSET that can be leveraged over and over again. 
You can use that E-mail List to drive traffic to different Websites and Sales Pages


again and again. Hence, this is why you must cherish your List like an apple of your eye. 
The better you treat your List, the better the return will be when you want it.

To have a very profitable E-mail List, you should simply build a relationship with your Subscribers. 
You want them to like you, feel like they know you, feel comfortable buying from you, and most importantly you want them to look forward to, and enjoy reading your emails. 
If you can build a strong relationship with your Subscribers, then you have more chances of getting them to purchase your Products and Services.

Here are a few tips on how you can build a relationship with your Email list:

# 1. Send E-mails regularly but don''t spam them. Make sure you are reaching your Subscribers at least once a month in E-mails or other medium. 
If you E-mailed to a list of people, and had little or no response does not necessarily
mean your audience isn’t interested in your product. 
Experiment with different E-mails, get to know which E-mail strategy works best, and keep using it to reach your Subscribers.

# 2. Send useful information and tips. Your E-mails should contain something that the customer wants. It shouldn’t be just the information about your company or yourself. 
Focus on giving more than just what you sell. Specific content, messages, and other targeted information that interests your Customers are good to include. This is a great way to make readers look forward to your E-mails as they will know that they are going to receive great information from you. 
Provide value in your E-mails, and don’t try to profit in some way from every one of them.

# 3. Send the videos of you, and talk to your Subscribers about things they want to know about. Videos are usually better than regular E-mails because they are more persona,l and show there is a real person giving the information.


# 4. Make sure your Subscribers can read your E-mails. Although the videos, graphics, flash animations, and logos look impressive on an email, they are often blocked by E-mail filters. 
Upload video, graphics, and flash files to your Site, and use a flat text with hyperlinks to the Site. Once your recipients get to your Site, you can show them as many graphics as you want.


# 5. Create a way for your Subscribers to interact with you. 
This can be a Forum: 
a Comment System, 
an E-mail Submission Area, 
a Live Chat Room, 
and many others.
Note that not every E-mail you send has to have some way of profiting in it; just make sure the readers enjoy it, make sure they like you and they like your emails.

Make your readers to feel as though they can trust you, and everything you say in your E-mails.
